New Tech Security’s Service and Maintenance agreements are tailored completely to the needs of each individual customer.

Committing to delivering excellent service, our ongoing investment in staff training continues to be demonstrated by an ‘NSI Gold’ accreditation. To ensure that your security systems remain 100% reliable, New Tech Security offers a flexible range of routine service and maintenance agreements in addition to full warranty coverage – these can be discussed at length by calling our Service and Maintenance team on 01634 296869.

Customer’s can rely on a swift response to any technical and service requirements and we offer service call outs 24 hours a day.

EMERGENCY CALL OUT

A call placed to the 24 hour service desk ensures a rapid response from a nationwide network of service engineers.

Included in our Service & Maintenance agreement is the peace of mind that someone is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, even if you don’t have a Service & Maintenance agreement, we can offer call outs based on an hourly rate.

We also have technical support on-hand over the phone Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm.

SOUTH EAST WATER
